Once the ghee melts, add semolina and sauté till light brown. Add gram flour and sauté for 3-4 minutes on high heat, stirring continuously. Add saffron and mix. When the mixture turns a light brown, add milk slowly, stirring. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.Add green cardamom powder and sugar and mix till the sugar dissolves.
