Ingredients list for Set Curd Rice
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 3 cups Kolam Rice
- 3 cups Milk
- 3 medium Onions
- 2 Green chillies
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat milk in a deep non stick pan till lukewarm. Chop onions and green chillies in a chopper and transfer into a bowl. Add rice and mix.
- Add a little salt and mix. Divide rice equally in individual bowls.Add yogurt to lukewarm milk and mix well. Pour into each bowl till it rises a little above the level of rice.
- When the curd sets, keep the bowls in the refrigerator to chill. Serve chilled.
