Chop onions and green chillies in a chopper and transfer into a bowl. Add rice and mix. Add a little salt and mix. Divide rice equally in individual bowls.Add yogurt to lukewarm milk and mix well. Pour into each bowl till it rises a little above the level of rice. When the curd sets, keep the bowls in the refrigerator to chill. Serve chilled.
