Ingredients list for Sambharam

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 4 Lemon leaves chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Whisk the yogurt, add 1 cup water, and whisk again till smooth.
  2. With a mortar and pestle crush green chillies, lemon leaves, curry leaves and salt. Add to the butter milk. Serve cold.
