Ingredients list for Red Slaw Sandwich
- 1 medium Apple cut into thin strips
- ¼ medium Red cabbage shredded
- ½ medium Iceberg lettuce shredded
- ½ medium Red capsicum cut into thin strips
- 1 Red radish cut into thin strips
- 1 Baguette multigrain
- 1 teaspoon Grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- as required Alfalfa
Method
- Halve baguette vertically and cut each half horizontally into two.
- Take apple, red cabbage, iceberg lettuce, red capsicum, red radish, grain mustard, mayonnaise, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix well.
- Put some apple-cabbage mixture on one bread slice, top with some alfalfa and cover with another slice. Similarly prepare the other sandwich.
- Serve immediately.
