Ingredients list for Red Chilli Garlic Chutney

  • 10 Dried red chillies seeded
  • 12 Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind pulp
  • to taste Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder

Method

  1. Soak red chillies in one and a half cups of water for half an hour. Drain
  2. Grind the red chillies and garlic cloves with lemon juice to a fine paste. Add a little water if necessary. Add sea salt, cumin powder and mix well.
  3. Use as a topping on bhel puri or any chaat.
