By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Quinoa Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Quinoa Chicken Nuggets 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1½-2 inch pieces ¾ cup Quinoa cooked for deep-frying Oil 5 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 Egg Method Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Take flour, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix. Break eggs in another bowl and whisk. Take quinoa in a third bowl. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, coat with flour mixture and dip again in egg mixture. Finally coat the pieces with quinoa. Deep-fry these chicken pieces in hot oil till golden and crisp.
