Ingredients
- 200 grams spaghetti, boiled
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese + for garnishing
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till light golden.
- Add vegetable stock and salt and mix. Add spaghetti and toss to mix.
- Add parsley and parmesan cheese, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot garnished with some parmesan cheese.
