Ingredients list for Pulao lajavab
- 2 cup Cooked Basmati Rice
- 2 tablespoons Saffron
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 Green chillies
- a few Mint leaves
- a few sprigs coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- a few Saffron (kesar) soaked in 2 tablespoon milk
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add onions and ginger garlic paste, saute till transparent.
- Add cumin seeds, green chillies, rice, mint, coriander and salt. Mix well.Add saffron milk and toss well.Serve hot.
