Ingredients list for Potato Noodle Cutlet
- 6 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
- 2 cup Noodle boiled
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Refined flour (maida)
- 4-5 Green chilli
- to deep fry Oil
- to taste Salt
Method
- In a bowl combine together potatoes, noodles, coriander leaves, refined flour, green chillies,salt and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them intop cutlets.
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai nad deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
