Why is it that when you are stuck at “what should we cook today” the answer is always “make some aloo!” Potatoes are like this…extremely popular and have multipurpose usage.

And did you always think that eating a potato will make you fat?
Well, don’t – it is a surprising source of vitamin C and provides useful amounts of starch, thiamine and niacin and around a hundred grams will provide about eighty calories.

Ingredients for Potato Noodle Cutlet Recipe

  • Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed 6 medium

  • Noodle boiled 2 cup

  • coriander leaves 1/2 cup

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 teaspoon

  • Green chilli 4-5

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

In a bowl combine together potatoes, noodles, coriander leaves, refined flour, green chillies,salt and mix well.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them intop cutlets.

Step 3

Heat oil in a non stick kadai nad deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.

Step 4

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
