By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Chives Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Potato And Chive Cakes 4-5 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed 8-10 Chives finely chopped to taste Salt 2-3 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese 2 Red chillies finely chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch for shallow frying Oil Method Place potatoes, chives, salt, mozzarella cheese, red chillies, parsley and cornflour in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into patties. Refrigerate for thirty minutes. Heat oil in a shallow non-stick pan. Place the patties in it and shallow-fry till golden and crisp from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
