Ingredients for Pomegranate Virgin Mojito Recipe
Pomegranate juice 3 cups
Ice cubes 15-20
Black salt (kala namak) 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Fresh mint sprigs 16-20
Rose syrup 4 tablespoons
Soda 200 millilitre
Place ice cubes in a bowl. Add pomegranate juice and set aside. Place 4 glasses on the work top.
Slice all the lemons and place slices of 1 lemon in each glass. Crush the slices with a muddler. Put ½ tsp black salt in each glass with a little salt. Add 4-5 mint sprigs to each glass and crush with a muddler.
Add 1 tbsp rose syrup in each glass. Pour pomegranate juice along with the ice equally in all the glasses. Top it with soda and serve chilled.
