Ingredients for Phool Makhana Munchies Recipe

  • Lotus seeds 100 grams

  • Ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder a pinch

Method

Step 1

Dry roast lotus seeds on a low heat for 8-10 minutes or till crunchy.

Step 2

Combine ghee, pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder and set aside.

Step 3

Add ghee mixture to the pan and sauté for a minute. Cool down to room temperature.

Step 4

Serve or store in an airtight container.
