Ingredients for Peach Crumble Recipe

  • Peach tinned 400 grams

  • brown sugar/jaggery 3 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch

  • Raisins 1 tablespoon

  • Refined flour (maida) 50 grams

  • Butter 250 grams

  • Whipped cream to serve


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180ºC.

Step 2

Arrange peaches on the base of a glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon brown sugar, cinnamon powder and raisins on top.

Step 3

Put flour in a bowl. Add butter and remaining brown sugar and mix with fingertips till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Top the peaches with this mixture, place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature.

Step 5

Top with whipped cream and serve.
