Ingredients for Pav Bhaji Tortilla Roll Recipe

  • Tortilla Wrap 4

  • Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tablespoons

  • Onions chopped 2 medium

  • Cauliflower grated 4 tablespoons

  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Tomatoes chopped 2 medium

  • Tomato puree 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Pav bhaji masala 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Potato boiled, peeled and grated 1 medium

  • Green capsicum finely chopped 1/2 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • coriander leaves a few

  • Onion sliced 1 medium

  • Lettuce leaves 4

  • Processed cheese grated 4 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add cauliflower and mix. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and tomato puree, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add pav bhaji masala, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add potato and capsicum and mix.Add ¼ cup water and mix. Add salt and mix well. Chop coriander sprigs and add. Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes or till dry.

Step 3

Place a tortilla on worktop. Put a portion of bhaji on it and spread evenly. Put onion slices and tear 2 lettuce leaves and put on top. Place another tortilla on top and spread portion of bhaji evenly on it. Put 2 tbsps grated cheese on top.

Step 4

Place a piece of aluminium foil on worktop and put tortilla on one side and roll. Similarly, make the other roll. Cut and serve.
