Ingredients list for Parmesan Hash Browns
- 4 medium Potatoes parboiled, peeled and grated
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 1-2 Fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 200° C.
- Take potatoes, garlic powder, salt, crushed peppercorns, parmesan cheese, torn thyme sprigs and butter in a bowl and mix well.
- Put potato mixture into small cupcake moulds tray and flatten lightly.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and demould.
- Serve hot.
