Ingredients
- 400 grams boneless chicken legs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons paprika smoked
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Method
- Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, paprika, salt, and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for two hours.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto eight satay sticks.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan. Place the sticks and grill, basting with the leftover marinade, till evenly golden and the chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot.
