Pachadi This is a South Indian style tempered yogurt with tomato, served as an accompaniment. By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2020 in Recipes Veg New Update Pachadi Main Ingredients Yogurt, Tomatoes Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 1/2 cups yogurt whisked 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon msafoetida 1 teaspoon split skinless black gram (dhuli urad dal) 2 dried red chillies Salt to taste Fried curry leaves sprig for garnish Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida, split skinless black gram and broken dried red chillies and red chilli powder and sauté for a few seconds. Add tomatoes and mix well Add salt and toss for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool completely.
