Ingredients for Orange Risotto Recipe

  • Orange juice 2 cups

  • Arborio rice 1/2 cup

  • Butter 3 tablespoons

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

  • Saffron a few strands

  • Almonds slivered 4-5

  • Pistachios roughly chopped 4-5


Step 1

Heat two tablespoons butter in a non-stick pan, add rice and sauté well.

Step 2

Add milk, gradually, and stir continuously. Add orange juice, stir well and cook till the rice is done.

Step 3

Add cream, saffron strands, almonds and pistachios and mix well.

Step 4

Add the remaining butter, mix well and switch off the heat. Serve warm.
