Ingredients list for Orange Chilli Pasta with Pepper Fish

  • 1 1/2 cups Penne pasta boiled
  • 3/4 cup Orange juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 200 grams Rawas fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh cream

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Place fish fillet on a plate, squeeze lemon juice over it. Add salt, extra virgin olive oil and crushed peppercorns, rub in well and set aside.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180º C.
  4. Place the fish fillets in the basket and reserve the marinade. Air fry for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile add garlic to the pan and sauté well. Add orange juice, stir and cook till the mixture thickens.
  6. Add Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. Add pasta and toss well.
  7. Brush the fish with reserved marinade and continue to air fry or another 5-6 minutes or till fully done.
  8. Add cream to the pasta and mix well. Add basil leaves and mix well.
  9. Transfer the pasta in serving plate, place cooked fish on top and serve immediately.
