Sieve refined flour and baking power together. Break eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Add castor sugar and the sieved flour and mix well. Add milk and continue to mix. Melt five tablespoons of butter and add it to the batter along with the chopped pistachios. Mix well. Grease the waffle iron with a little of the remaining butter, pour a ladleful of batter and cook till golden and crisp on both the sides. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
