Ingredients list for Nutri Rolls
- 2 Chapati
- 2 teaspoons Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Date chutney
- 1/2 cup Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 2 tablespoons Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Tomato finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Green capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon American corn kernels boiled
- to taste Salt
Method
- Prepare chapatis in usual way and keep it aside. In a fry pan heat butter and saute vegetables for few minutes, season with salt and keep it aside.
- Take chapati and spread half of the gongura and date chutnies. Spread sautéed vegetables and top it with grated cheese.
- Fold over the chapati and roll it as tightly as possible. Secure it with the help of a toothpick. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
