Add the coconut and sauté for two to three minutes. Add the Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar and milk and mix well. Cover the kadai and cook on low heat for four to five minutes. Uncover, stir once and continue to cook till the sugar dissolves. Mix in the saffron milk and cardamom powder. Serve hot garnished with the pistachios.
