Ingredients list for Namkin daliya
- 2 cups Broken wheat (dalia/lapsi)
- 250 grams Green peas
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 medium Onion chopped
- 2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- for garnish coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Boil broken wheat, carrot and peas in three cups of water.
Cook till done. Remove and set aside. - Heat oil in a non stick pan, sauté the onions till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for two minutes.
- Add the boiled vegetables and broken wheat mixture. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves, tomato, red chilli powder and garam masala.
