Ingredients for My favourite pasta Recipe

  • Macaroni boiled 200 grams

  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) grated 1 cup

  • Hung curd 2 cup

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder to taste

  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

  • Buttermilk 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180º degrees.

Step 2

In a greased baking dish add macaroni, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, hung curd, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, white pepper powder, bread crumbs and butter milk. Mix well.

Step 3

Place In the oven and bake for twenty minutes till the top is lightly baked. Serve hot with garlic bread.
