Ingredients list for My favourite pasta

  • 200 grams Macaroni boiled
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
  • 2 cup Hung curd
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Buttermilk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 180º degrees.
  2. In a greased baking dish add macaroni, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, hung curd, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, white pepper powder, bread crumbs and butter milk. Mix well.
  3. Place In the oven and bake for twenty minutes till the top is lightly baked. Serve hot with garlic bread.
