Mushrooms In Coriander Sauce

Ingredients 

  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 1 small bunch of coriander
  • 10 garlic cloves 
  • 4 green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • Crushed black pepper powder for garnish

Method

  1. Grind garlic, coriander leaves and green chillies to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add paste and cook for two to three minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and salt and saute for a two minutes. Add fresh cream and saute for a minute.
  4. Add a cup of water and cook till the gravy thickens. Sprinkle with coarsely ground black peppercorns. Serve hot with rice or paranthas.
