You can’t eat breakfast at night or dinner in the afternoon – but snacks? that you can eat anytime of the day! Along with tea, after school or at a birthday party – snacks are every foodie’s ultimate favourite. Healthy snacking is the best way to satisfy your munchies without the worry of to many added calories.

Ingredients for Muesli with Strawberries Recipe

  • Toasted rolled oats 3 tablespoons

  • Fresh strawberries hulled 14

  • Medium red apple 1

  • Yogurt chilled 8 tablespoons

  • Apple juice 8 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon powder 2 pinches

  • Honey 4 tablespoons

  • Pumpkin seeds 2 tablespo to garnish

  • Almond flakes 2 tablespo to garnish

  • Walnuts chopped 2 tablespo to garnish


Step 1

Quarter the apple and grate into a bowl. Add yogurt, oats and apple juice and mix well.

Step 2

Add cinnamon powder and honey and mix well. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

Step 3

Cut 8 strawberries into small cubes. Divide them equally into 4 serving glass cups. In each cup add ½ tablespoon pumpkin seeds, ½ tablespoon almond flakes and ½ tablespoon chopped walnuts.

Step 4

Chop the remaining strawberries. Fill the cups almost to the top with the chilled oats mixture.

Step 5

Divide the chopped strawberries equally between the 4 cups, garnish with a little pumpkin seeds, almond flakes and chopped walnuts and serve immediately.
