Ingredients 

  • 12-16 button mushrooms
  • 8 large green chillies
  • 130 grams bhuna masala
  • 4 stalks spring onion greens
  • 1 medium red capsicum
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Halve the mushrooms. Make a small slit on all the green chillies. Heat a non-stick pan, add bhuna masala and mushrooms and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add green chillies and spring onion greens to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook till mushrooms are done. Roughly chop red capsicum.
  3. Heat oil in another non-stick pan, add red mushrooms and salt and toss. Sauté till they soften. Transfer the mushroom-chilli mixture into a serving bowl, put the red capsicum over them and serve hot.
