Ingredients list for Ludo Corn

  • 2 American sweet corn on the cob
  • 1/4 cup Sweet corn kernels
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 4 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 6-7 teaspoons Butter
  • 1 medium Onion ,roughly chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Mix salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds, corn pieces and lemon juice in a bowl. Add four teaspoons butter and mix well. Place each corn piece in individual aluminum foil and wrap it up. To the leftover spice mix in the bowl add onion, corn kernels and the remaining butter and mix well. Wrap it up tightly in a square piece of aluminum foil. Place these packets in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for twenty minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
