Ingredients for Lemon and Date Pickle Recipe

  • Lemon 10-12

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon

  • Seedless dates 10-12

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix salt and lemon and let it rest for fifteen minutes.

Step 2

Add sugar, red chilli powder and dates and mix well.

Step 3

Store in an air tight container and after fiteen months the pickle is ready to serve.
