Take potatoes in a large mixing bowl, add the ground paste and salt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick wok. Add potatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook till moisture dries up and potatoes become dark red. Slice 2 garlic cloves.
