Ingredients list for Lahsooni Tindli

  • 500 grams Tindli quartered
  • 6-8 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat the oil, add cumin seeds, ginger paste and garlic paste.
    Cook for a moment Add garlic cloves and cook again for a moment to slightly brown the garlic cloves.
  2. Add tindli and cook stirring continuously until tindli turns crisp.
  3. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
    Mix well.
  4. Reduce the heat and cook till done. Take off the heat, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
