Heat ghee in a flat-bottomed pan and add cloves. Let them crackle to release their flavour then add bananas and cook on low heat stirring at frequent intervals, so that the bananas are coated with ghee and they don’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan and let it cook for two minutes. Add sugar and continue to cook till the sugar dissolves. Transfer into a serving bowl and let it cool a little. Serve warm.
