By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw bananas, Medium potatoes Cuisine Bengali Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Kanch Kolar Bora 2 Raw bananas boiled 2 Medium potatoes boiled and peeled 1 Small onion finely chopped 2 Green chillies finely chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Poppy seeds 4 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 Egg white to shallow fry Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Method Peel the bananas and put them in a bowl, add potatoes and mash them all together with your hand ensuring that there are no lumps. Add onion, green chillies, salt and poppy seeds and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Add egg white and mix well. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick shallow frying pan. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls and flatten them slightly.
