Add green, yellow and red capsicums and sauté well. Add salt and sugar, mix well and sauté further. Add schezwan sauce, idlis and chopped coriander, mix well and let it get heated through. Transfer in a serving bowl. Finely chop parsley and sprinkle on top. Serve hot.
