By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh Mint Leaves, Prawns Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Italian Minty Prawns 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves pureed 8-12 large Prawns peeled and deveined with tails intact 4 teaspoons Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 8-10 cloves Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs chopped 2 teaspoons Lemon juice to taste Salt Method Mix the prawns with mint puree, two teaspoons olive oil, chilli flakes, garlic, herbs, lemon juice and salt. Keep them in the refrigerate to marinate for half an hour.Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan. Add the marinated prawns and cook on high heat till done. Serve hot.
