Ingredients list for Hummus
- 1 cup Chickpeas , soaked overnight and boiled
- 7-8 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- to taste Salt
- for drizzling Olive oil
- to sprinkle Paprika powder
- 2-3 to garnish Black olives , pitted and sliced
- to serve Lavash
Method
- To make hummus, put chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic cloves, lemon juice, tahini, salt and some olive and blend into a smooth paste.
- Transfer paste to a serving dish, drizzle olive oil on top. Garnish with paprika powder and sliced olives and serve with lavash.
