Ingredients list for Hara Chana Hummus

  • 1 cup Fresh green chickpeas boiled
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup Green chickpeas stock
  • as required Olive oil
  • to sprinkle Paprika powder
  • 1-2 to garnish Black olives pitted and sliced
  • to serve Lavash

Method

  1. Put green chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and green chickpea stock and blend to a fine paste.
  2. Transfer the hummus onto a serving plate, spread it evenly making a well in centre and pour olive oil in it.
  3. Sprinkle paprika powder, garnish with olive slices and serve with lavash.
