Ingredients
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 potato, boiled peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 100 grams spinach leaves (palak), chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Heat a non stick pan. Add onion and garlic and saute for five minutes.
- Add coconut milk and stir to mix. Simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Transfer into a blender jar alongwith other ingredients and blend well.
- Use as required.
