Ingredients for Green Chilli Sauce Recipe

  • Green Chillies chopped 1

  • Coconut Milk crushed 2 cloves

  • Coconut milk 1 cup

  • Potato boiled peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes 1

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Lemon juice 1/2

  • Salt to taste

  • Spinach leaves (palak) chopped 100 grams

  • coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Heat a non stick pan. Add onion and garlic and saute for five minutes.

Step 2

Add coconut milk and stir to mix. Simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Step 3

Transfer into a blender jar alongwith other ingredients and blend well.

Step 4

Use as required.
