Drain in a colander and refresh in cold water. Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the ginger and the blanched beans and stir. Add the salt, fresh red chillies and sesame paste and stir. Add honey and vinegar and stir. Serve immediately sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
