Add the mustard powder, stir and continue to sauté. Add the prawns and cream and stir. Add the tomato ketchup, salt, crushed peppercorns and stir to mix. Cook for about half a minute on high heat. Do not overcook the prawns. Add the spring onion greens and immediately take off the heat. Serve immediately with French or garlic bread.
