Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 2 medium oranges
- 12-15 green grapes,halved and seeded
- 12-15 black grapes,halved and seeded
- 1 medium green capsicums,cut into strips
- 1 medium cucumber,thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes,seeded cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 spring onions,sliced thinly
- 2 green chilli,chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Sprinkle one tablespoon of lemon juice over the apple slices to prevent discolouration. Peel the oranges and separate the segments.
- Remove the seeds and cut each segment in half. Combine the apples, oranges, green grapes, black grapes, green capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions and green chillies in a large bowl.
- Add salt, chaat masala and mix. Add olive oil and mix. Serve chilled.
