French Bean And Sesame Salad French beans, cucumber and celery stalk tossed in tangy salad dressing served with roasted sesame seeds By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients French beans, Roasted sesame seeds Cuisine American Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for French Bean And Sesame Salad 250 grams French beans cut into thin diagonal slivers 2 tablespoons Roasted sesame seeds 1 small Dark green cucumber unpeeled and cubed 1 stalk Celery, chopped a few Lettuce leaves For dressing 2 tablespoons Salad oil 2 tablespoons Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Mustard paste 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1 Pickled gherkin, minced to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder Method Put all the ingredients for the dressing into a small glass jar and shake well. Place in a refrigerator till required. Steam the French beans for five minutes and drain. Leave to cool. Mix together the beans, cucumber and celery in a bowl. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve on a bed of lettuce.
