Ingredients list for Eggless Cake
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Ghee
- 2 cups Refined flour (maida)
- 1/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Mixed nuts chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Method
- Preheat the oven at 200°C .
- In a large bowl beat together yogurt, sugar and oil till fluffy.
- Sieve maida, besan, baking soda and salt. Add mixed nuts to it and then add it to the curd mixture slowly.
- Add vanilla essence and lemon juice and mix well. Pour the mixture in a greased baking tin and put it in the preheated oven for twenty minutes at 150°C and then for ten to twelve minutes at 180°C .
- Remove and serve.
