Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumber peeled and chopped
- 4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
- 2 teaspoon oil
Method
- In a bowl mix together cucumber and red chilli powder. Mix well and set aside.
- In a blender; blend together mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds with two teaspoons water.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, Add the ground paste and cook for a minute. Add the mixture to the cucumber and mix well. Store in air tight containers.
