Ingredients list for Creamy Garlic Butter Prawns
- 12-16 Medium prawns peeled and deveined with tails intact
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
 - 2 tablespoons Butter
 - 12-16 Fresh spinach leaves
 - 1 Large white onion finely chopped
 - 3/4 cup Milk
 - 3 Sun dried tomatoes cut into strips
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried Italian herbs
 - 3/4 cup White wine
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour
 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
 - 2 teaspoon for garnish Fresh parsley chopped
 - to serve Spaghetti boiled
 
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till fragrant. Add spinach leaves, mix and cook till the leaves wilt.
 - Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent. Add prawns, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
 - Add milk, tomatoes and Italian herbs, mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes or till the sauce thickens.
 - Add white wine, cornflour and cheese, mix well and cook till the prawns are fully done. Add parsley and mix well.
 - Garnish with parsley and serve hot with spaghetti.
