Ingredients for Classic Greek Salad Recipe

  • Iceberg Lettuce torn 1 Head

  • Cucumber halved and sliced 1

  • Tomatoes cut into wedges 4

  • Spring onions sliced 8

  • Black olives stoned 10

  • Feta cheese diced 100 grams

  • White vinegar 3 tablespoons

  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns freshly ground 10-12


Step 1

Place the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, olives and cheese in a large bowl. Whisk the vinegar and olive oil together in a small bowl.

Step 2

Add the salt and freshly ground peppercorns. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to mix. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
