Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce, torn
- 1 cucumber, halved and sliced
- 4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 8 spring onions, sliced
- 10 black olives, stoned
- 100 grams feta cheese, diced
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Saltto taste
- 10-12 black peppercorns, freshly ground
Method
- Place the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, olives and cheese in a large bowl. Whisk the vinegar and olive oil together in a small bowl.
- Add the salt and freshly ground peppercorns. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to mix. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
