Ingredients list for Cheesy Pita Triangles
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 4 Pita Breads cut into triangles
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 8-10 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 8-10 Fresh basil leaves finely chopped
- 4-5 sprigs Oregano chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix butter, garlic, basil leaves, oregano, salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes in a bowl.
- Place the pita triangles on a baking tray and spread the cheese-herb mixture evenly on all of them.
- Keep the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes or till crisp. Serve hot.
