Ingredients list for Cheese and Herb French Toast
- ¼ cup Processed cheese grated
- 4 Eggs
- 2-3 Fresh parsley
- 8 White bread slices
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to shallow fry Oil
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut out discs from the bread slices.
- Break eggs in a bowl. Add cheese, salt and crushed peppercorns.
- Chop parsley and add to the bowl. Mix well.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
- Dip the bread discs in the egg mixture, place on the pan and shallow-fry till golden from both the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
