Ingredients list for Chala Dal Namkeen - SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Split Bengal gram (chana dal) soaked and drained
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Mix together salt and chilli powder in a bowl.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in kadai. Deep-fry Bengal gram till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Sprinkle prepared spice mixture on fried Bengal gram, mix well and let it cool.
  4. Serve or store in airtight container.
