Ingredients list for Chakotra Chaat
- 1 large Grapefruit
- Chaat Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Peel the grapefruit and remove the white pith. Separate into segments, remove the seeds and place in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, crushed black peppercorns, black salt, chaat masala and mix well.Add mint leaves and mix.
- Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
